Morde's Dragon Knight skin isn't included in the Dragon Themed skinline

Noticed this on the Easter event page and is the same with in client as well, which usually sorts skins by skinline.

It pre dates. Skin lines. As it were. Also it's a legacy skin.

Riot forgot he exists. Or maybe its a bug.
