They have a lot in common with each other, both appearance and that they are both also villains. I'm assuming their lore must cross somewhere.
Lùmen1 votesHe died in the comic, I doubt he has anything to do with Jhin. It's true Jhin took some technology from Piltover to equip himself with which probably explains the similarities in the arms, I think the overall look is just a coincidence however.

He loves posh stuff anyways, I can vision him buying tons of it in a store. Or maybe the original skin is his piltover mission costume so he can blend in.
