Letting aside of all the amazing things in the splash art, there's this particular thing that caught my attention: There's a card in the box, which is Twisted Fate's gold card.

I feel like the red and blue lights on the Riot medal, that is hung on the wall, aren't a coincidence, too (despite the bulbs-wire continuing with a green light)- I feel like it represents/references his Riot skin (hence the police-like red and blue lights, specifically on the medal).
Also, slightly below the medal (and the penguin), are ("Old") Destiny and his classic poncho. :P
And the photo in the back ground was switched to a picture of TF and Graves smiling together.

Well they made up in the Bilgewater event after all. At least temporary. And Twisted Fate is not the kind of person to have his own place... or to keep it very long. So he might stay with the only person that doesn't necessarely want to murder him or cash in on the numerous bounties that are placed on his head.
