Summoner's Rift Voice-over

Wouldn't it be great if Riot gave us the ability to purchase for permanent usage (like a ward skin) different voice-overs for S.R. (could be all maps really). For instance, the Gangplank voice-over. They have a similar thing in DotA 2 and I don't see why, if Riot already has it recorded, they don't make them available. It wouldn't cost them anything really to make this an available feature. All we want is to give you our monies rito!
