In the 'Slay Belle Katarina' splash art, a hand reaches out after she has most likely assassinated, the champion this makes me think of is Garen considering they are both rivals. Although in the splash art the setting is completely different to what is described in their lores. Also the target appears to have much lighter hair than what Garen's splash arts suggest. Perhaps this isn't even a known champion.

It's a common theory that the scene depicts one of Garen's gifts turning out to be a sinister surprise. But apparently no one can prove anything.

It doesn't matter as most additional skins don't have anything to do with lore.

Whether there are gloves or not also don't matter as Garen wouldn't wear them 24/7. Why is this a discussion?
