Tahm Kench: The Un-captured Darkin???

OK, so I am not as deep into the lore as some people but I really like Tahm Kench in game so I did a little digging per say. the really short version cause i can't figure out how to explain all of it, in Tahms lore he is mentioned as a demon, could it be that Tahm was one of the Darkin just never captured because of his ability to travel long distances at will? whenever they got close to capturing him he would just "teleport" ,for a lack of a better word, out of his predicament. This is just my theory, he is mentioned as a demon, but he doesn't have the quality of something from the void or shadow isles so imo this makes sense.

anyone else have any ideas? I feel that Tahms lore is a little vague and doesn't tell quite enough.

Nope, Tahm is a demon like Evelynn.

It's vague because he was right before they were nailing down the new lore. With the Evelynn VGU, we got a clear picture of how the creatures called demons in the world of Runeterra are created.

Don't worry! Pretty much everyone assumed Tahm was a Darkin, and we thought they were the 7 Deadly Sins. We now know that Darkin are currently sentient weapons imprisoned during a war probably before the Ruination, but after the Fall of Shurima. Tahm is a demon that feeds off of anguish by loss, like Evelynn feeds off of straight up agony and fear. The Darkin are more like the Four Horsemen.
