Ryze being discussed again, could this mean his VU is coming?

Been scanning through posts and posts about recent Rioter discussions and as a Ryze main I am trying to find as much information as I can about the blue peanut head smurf. Meddler had this to say:

"...or champions that have some fundamental gameplay problems we need to address (we believe Ryze for example needs more than just balance adjustments to be both healthy and fun at the same time)."

Just wanted to make another forum post about this to keep it aware that Ryze's VU got delayed a long with many others. I am also hoping that Nunu, Dr Mundo, Udyr and Evelynn get some visual love this year.
