Since we know that project skins are only human based, I think that next project skins could be

PROJECT Talon is an obvious choice; the PROJECT line-up is very appropriate for assassin-themed characters (even just in lore, like Jhin).
I'm also interested to discover who might be the next Program champion.
Ahri fits the theme [sg-ahri-2]
Jinx got enough skins if you ask me ..
A mix of PROJECT for the Shadow Assassin and Battlecast for the Darkin would be great. 
Needs a new skin and ofcourse it would be better to wait until he gets his VGU but he would still look bad ass in the project line. 
Would look pretty decent with his purple colors and the fact that hes a pretty popular pick right now.
Would be perfect for the skin line and hes a pretty neat champion that could be a cool legendary candidate if they wanted. 
Could also be a neat idea considering Wolf could be a robotic battle bot or something like that and besides they are a neat champion.
I don't think Jinx would fit Project. Projects have a very clean,professional and streamlined look to them and Jinx is essentially chaos personified

I feel that Draven doesn't fit in Project
I think that the reworked 
with flying swords can be a good Project skin, also

The ones that would be the most popular and sell the most are:
- Project Ezreal
- Project Ahri
- Project Lux
- Project Rakan
- Project Xayah
Project Kayn would also sell a lot but he is quite new and the others listed above usually have higher priority on skins
Overall my picks for project would be:
because its popular fan concept and a cyber bird would actually be cool
sort of a project vs program skin,rhaast is the code of a rogue programbot,trying to take over his body and remodel it in his old self
he might overlap a bit too much with Zed and Kata though.
and especially would fit pretty well(ashe leads a bunch of rebels and Xayah is pretty much THE rebel of the game),but given that they already got a skin this year I think their chances for another one are slim.
These would be my favourite Projects.

Ugh. Why is everyone so into these freakin' skins? I'd rather have more creative skins than more of the same cyberpunk tech skins. This isn't league of freakin' space marines.
