Graves honestly shouldn't have cigar imo. The reason why I say this is because people are relating his cigar to his personality, a strong, cool and macho dude. I really don't think smoking should be related to any of that, but that's what people are doing. I'm not saying EVERYONE is doing this, I'm sure a lot of people just don't like being censored from things. There's a lot of things that I personally shouldn't be censored, but Grave's cigar isn't one of them. If he was somehow lore-wise struggling over an addiction and in his splash art he looked disappointed in himself while smoking it because he's failing himself, that's different; However, he's smoking it in the stereotypical badass man breaking into a room with a cigar way. People shouldn't relate those things imo. What's so cool about smoking? Could you please tell me? The cancer part? The high that sucks compared to just about every other drug? Remove that cigar, it does nothing but feed a stereotype that should die. Unless Riot is going to hit us with some lore like, "oh he smokes magical cigars that make him stronger," which is honestly horrible storytelling, I don't see the point. Annie's make-up is a situation I can't understand. I like the previous one a lot more and I've never seen the goth lifestyle as harmful to anyone. For Evelyn, I think that Korea just has extremely weird censoring rules. Riot probably doesn't want to be banned from Korea. Also I don't want to attract SJWs by talking about how much skin Evelyn should be showing, so Ima avoid it.
