How. How is someone able to tease the fuck out of luxes skin, even go as far as to release a release date, put up the FAQ page, and change their entire Facebook to match luxes new skin and then have no intention of releasing it within the patch they said they were going to...?

At this rate they might as well release luxes skin and Camille at the same time. All of my hype for this skin is completely gone.
