Mordekaiser and his cape

Ok so I've been looking at a bit of the discussion surrounding our Lord of Metal's rework, and while most of it is positive, there is a bit of negative as well. Most people however are in agreement that Mordekaiser's new model update is great! That is a sentiment I share, but there has been something that's been bugging me about new Mordekaiser. Specifically his cape or rather his lack thereof has really kinda annoyed me.

Now I've provided a couple examples of how I think Mordekaiser could look with a properly lengthed cape, and I think they help establish him as the Lord of Metal that he is and look pretty good, if I do say so myself :p

But of course I think they look better, what say you? Do you agree that Morde needs his long cape back or would you prefer he wallow in short cape misery? Is there something else you think he needs either in place of, or including a longer cape?

At this point we have to ask ourselves if Riot is trying to make us do their job for them. Why would they think he should have a smaller cape? It's like they're intentionally designing him the wrong way to get us to complain about it as if us complaining about their work is something that triggers them on some sexual level.

That or they do it the wrong way the first time on purpose because it lets them work more hours when we tell them to do it over again? Is that really how their company works?

I definitely prefer his long sweeping cape. It makes him feel more regal.

With cape he looks a lot more badass! Without it he seems like he is missing something so they should deffinitely add it back

Capes in general kinda fuck with models in this game. It's not really fun not to see your model the entire game because you got put on blue side.

Fabulous flowing golden cape is exactly the reason KoC Mord was my favorite old skin of his, this change NEEDS to happen

I enjoyed the original and new in their own ways. Unfortunately though, as the PBE should be wrapped now, they won't be doing anymore changes for the time being.

I think a cape would make Mordekaiser lose some of bulkiness and thus his figure would be less imposing.

That said, I believe that a fine cape belongs on King of Clubs Morde, and it must be implemented.

well get ready cuz the fact that explorer ezreal lost his jacket still bothers me. then again this is one of those niche playerbase champions, they tend to care about visuals much more often in those cases.
