Neon Strike Vi - a simple QoL fix

Make the shades come down with /toggle not /taunt.

It used to disable taunt and replace it with shades dropping/raising, now it does the shades animation and the spitting + smack-talk sounds. It looks and sounds weird...

Just shift it to /toggle, since you have that command now.
