Can you trigger all voice lines and special interactions in-game?

Or is it limited to the lines that sound randomly upon movement?

Following the VGU of Aatrox, I was watching a video on YouTube and noticed that some special interactions trigger when you're idle and such, tried in a practice tool game and but it did not work. Hence my enquiry. As it is quite a shame to not hear the usually excellent voice work that is put into transmitting the thematics and lore of the champions
