Path to bandle city (my theory and an arduous project)

So I'll start by giving you some insight on what I'm curious about since Riot Games released the interactive map of Runeterra. It's the topic of the Yordle gateways, creating a passage from Runeterra to their mythical land Bandle City, their weird nature and locations spread all over the interactive map, and also a possibility of serving as a riddle to us with the first lead being inscription. I pasted the information from the map of the universe below for reference.
- Runeterra is linked to an enchanted place in the spirit realm known as Bandle City. The pathways are rarely seen by mortals, for they only open under particular circumstances, or for those with the ability to read and interpret the language of the yordles.
- This portal opens to a deep cavern, when the low tide reveals a pattern of runic circles, filling the indentations with sea water.
- Certain portals can only be opened with a series of specific gestures, often defined by peculiar symbols inscribed nearby.
- What got me really wondering is that the locations of these passages isn't random, but there definitely are a lot of them, and that's me writing that after spending over 2 hours of refreshing the page with the map to look for a new location of the gate.
- I'm going to attach the image on which I marked all the locations that I could find, and I really hope that you can help me figure out whether there is anything to be figured out. I really hope my writing isn't too chaotic for you and that I succeeded at giving you insight into my theory. I'm also really sorry for the amateur work on the map. Thanks for reading!

          P.P.S. I&#039;m sure that there is a reason for there being so many of those locations, I&#039;m still looking for more and I already

marked over 50. P.P.P.S I came to a conclusion that all the locations (but one) form 3 spirals if you connect the dots. I also added an image of how the portal location marker looks on the map, because it correlates to the spiral theme. I'm very intrigued by the fact that the people that worked on the interactive map actually decided put a little (probably pointless) detail in.

Someone looked into the code and said there were 66 portals in total, I believe. Looks like you’ve got the majority of them!

Solid effort, thanks for putting so much time into this. Wonder what the significance of the spirals are?

Correct, there are 66 portals. I doubt I'm the only one who's looked at the code, but I did bring it up in a few threads.

@OP: While I don't know a good way to translate these coordinates to your map (I could give you other landmarks if they would help), here are the coordinates that the map uses to generate the portal locations. At the very least it could help confirm your spiral theory.

EDIT: The flat map is (below) is 2048x2048. If 0,0 is the center, that would leave 1024 in any direction. https://imgur.com/jcbro0b This is what those coordinates look like when not connected, maybe there's just another shape to be created with them... Who knows? For now, the most logical one seems a spiral for each bunch, but one of them is left out. (To apply the coordinates onto the map the top and bot parts would've to be cropped accordingly.) Maybe a humble Rioter will come by someday and number all the dots for us.

The code stores the coordinates in a list, in the order I gave. That could be for convenience rather than significance though.

The simplest answer for the lone portal may be that it's the portal all the others connect to: Bandle City itself. That said, such an obvious island that's relatively easy to get to doesn't seem like the ideal location for an undiscovered group of mystical creatures.

But come on, not a single Red post in this thread, or in any other thread related to Bandle City? There has to be some coordinated effort to avoid talking about it. There has to be something coming.

There are portals JUST for Fizz or there are more fish-yordles like him in Bandle City? ... or what?
