I think Urgot is the worst champion. And that´s a long time. I think that he needs a rework like taht so he have a chance to come back.
And give him a new look. Not everbody will play him if he looks like that 
.
That is my opinion. If someone who read this he can write about wich champs he want to be reworked.
I don't understand, your title says to rework him like Warwick but your post says to change his looks.
Warwick's rework more so updated his look than heavily changed him (not like Sion or Galio).
If you mean a VGU than yes he's getting it. I would love to see

He is getting his rework pretty soon. Likely in june or july.
Pretty sure Urgot will end up looking quite a bit different than he does now, though he'll most likely keep the horrifying cyborg spider sort of look.
I'd like Urgot to have a successful rework however i'd have to disagree with saying he's the worst champion. He's in his own niche, a ranged juggernaut. Keep in mind that it only took him seeing play in LCS once for him to get nerfs and he's potentially in range for feast vs. famine syndrome. If this rework is done properly he may easily be a very popular champion and on top of that there is a really small part of me that believes adaptive helm was literally created to prepare for Urgot.

wasn't actually that bad in design so kept most of what he does but made it more modern.
