How strong do you think Vladimir is compared to the other champions based on lore?
How strong do you guys think Vladimir is on a scale of 1-10 based on lore and compared to the other champions?

He's a very high-tier mage, with millennia of experience and using a rare type of magic the secrets of which few really know. Blood magic is versatile and dangerous against any opponent who obviously has blood, and even then, Vladimir can also use his own.
Aside from this, he also has knowledge of other forms of magic, so I would say he's fairly powerful even if he isn't on the level of demigods or someone like Xerath.
vlad is most likely ranked 8 on power scale against champions with blood and against others id say 6 for those who have magic resistance or at worst 5 no blood and magic resistance his worst match up is those of the shadow isle 
. while his strongest match ups are 
bacially any human without inate magic resistance. im pretty sure people like 
will struggles a lot with him but most likely they have just a bit of magic resistance being hard core fighters against other mages 
will probly destroy him out right even with his library of knowledge simply by having an advantage over his main form of magic.As for the void i assume it depends on if their blood is useable for him since void matter doesnt really mix with organic matter as we see it corrupt everything it touches.

I don't really think I could assign a specific number to his strength. Most fights in this universe (in any universe worth its salt) is heavily context sensitive. Vladimir is going to excel against anyone with blood, and do fine against those without it, barring any extra magic resistances or capabilities the individual might have. Someone like Vi, for example, isn't inherently magical, doesn't have any anti-magic armor or equipment that we know of, Vlad would probably be much stronger than her assuming she doesn't have home field advantage. But he might struggle against Camille, who has less human parts and also possibly has a magic shield (based on her passive in-game, which admittedly in-game things aren't always canon).
He's one of the older Champions, so he has a lot of experience. He's involved with the Black Rose, so its probably safe to assume he has a lot of connections as well. A fight in Noxus soil would probably be in his favor. I'd say overall, his magic is really good; useful in many situations and sometimes downright overpowering depending on the opponent. If a rank of '5' is average among Champions, I'd say Vlad is slightly above average, a 6 or a 7. Very good, undoubtedly intimidating and skilled, but no god-like powers or anything of that nature.
Talking about him has reminded me I really like Vlad and hope to see him in more stories. And possibly more fights, to answer our question better ;)
There's a guy on Reddit who does champ power rankings, he did Vlad when his lore came out.
I mostly agree.
This would be like asking a lawyer, a singer, or a surgeon, which one has the more outstanding career. Like who the hell cares they each excel in their own field of expertise.
