Officially, people pronounce it "Lu - Shin" or "Lu - Shan"
I pronounce it like it looks "Lu - See - Ahn"
To me it sounds like it should be pronounced like Lucifer ("Lu - See - Furr"), which makes more sense given how it looks and his dark theme. Officially, however, it sounds like lotion. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

But it sounds so silly to come that close to pronouncing lotion. I mean, replace the first "o" with a "u" and you'll see what I mean.
