Whats with all the new ADC skins! too many. First jhin and vayne now jinx and draven

Why is riot making so many skins for only adc's, as a support main i was already dissapointed when they made 2 adc skins for the project hunt thing this year, and now for the winter themed skins they also have another 2 adc's. Why are other roles being discluded. I can care less about support skins its just why 2 adc skins and 1 other role skin.

EDIT: THEY JUST MADE A HEXTECH KOG SKIN!
