How rare is the Grey Warwick skin from the honor capsules?

i would also like to know the percentages, i got him today and im pretty stoaked. would be mice to know if i need to praise the RNG gods or if its just a meh thing you know. #PraisebetotheRNGgods

They don't seem that rare, it's just that your chance of getting dropped the capsules in the first place is rare in itself.
