Are these icons ever coming back?

I'm talking about Zaun, Demacia and Piltover's crest icons that you could get for the Universe event. I've had some issues during that time and missed my occasion to get my beloved Piltover icon for one goddamn day ;---; I know they were supposed to be time limited, but damn how I wish I could have it.

I think no sadly the page bugged and I didn't get the Piltover icon item 3070 emailed the support they said they need a proof like a video or a screenshot ...
