Fan Animation Help

I have been wanting to make fan animations but I have trouble making 3D character models. Is there a way to get the models without having to use a third-party-program to get them. I don't want to hack league to make the animations. I am hoping to have access to all the champions base 3D models, but I mostly need Yuumi and Book, Lux, Garen, and Sylas. The files I prefer to use are OBJ and DAE (only if the DAE is readable to Blender), but I'll also take FBX. Thanks to anyone who can help.
