new skin suggesstion?

just here to throw a skin idea , what about a skin series ( such as blood moon ,project ,ect) a "toon skin series" like a old time art style, like a diseny old micky mouse cartoon ,that black and white animation based on cute, goofy ,fun . and people i thought about it were jinx and rengar ,jinx because of her already goofy nature, and rengar becasue ....well...so many cat animation jokes
