Unlikely, Zoe is out for quite some time now and no icon. Maybe when she gets a skin in the future, but I won't expect to get an icon for her now.

Hope the next champ coming is from Zaun or Piltover and gets an icon, tho. [sg-ahri-2]

Zoe came with an EXP mission (which the time on that has passed), so, that's all she got for the time being. They might make icons for her later during a skin line but who knows.
