Could Omega Squad Twitch's goggles come down during stealth?
Idk how likely it is for this to happen but OS Twitch's goggles are always up:

and they should have the infra-red effect that Teemo's does when he stealths, that green light from his eyes
let's make him even more similar to rengar (on night hunter can toggle his hood) since he has basically his ult as his q :D
This isn't even idea, they probably started cutting the budget and being more lazy already, like, it should be obvious and already have been added in, lol.
I mean, they thought about it when designing edgelord teemo skin, didn't they?
