Is it supposed to be choppy? Is my YouTube glitching at that exact moment every time? Is it a bug? What is the dance in general?

This guy is probably the strongest warrior in Mount Targon, he was able to inhabit the power of a dying aspect as a mortal.

You can't expect him to be a great dancer on top of all that.

Im assuming its just an interim step in designing the animation, and its just not finished yet. That or its just bugged. One of the two.

It could be intentional. A sort of joke based on the first "video stills" from back in the old west back when you could watch a movie at 1 fps.
