PFE Update

When more and more flashy skins are coming out (SGU, DJ Sona any other recent 1350skins) PFE is becoming extremely lackluster for a $30 skin. Recent leaks featuring a 5 second clip of Arcade Ezreal already has better looking particles and a cleaner looking model. I know riot said it's a mess to update PFE but it's becoming really clear that it doesn't live up to the Ultimate name
