Does the Pentakill Album have any lore tie-ins?

I had listened to a couple leaks of Pentakill album 2, so I decided to go back and listen to the first. The album has a narrative, certainly, but I'm wondering if it has anything to do with league lore, more specifically, the Shadow Isles. Has there been anything from Rioters, or prominent community members on the subject?
