Throughout the Blood Moon skin series, is Akali the only one who takes the role of Reina?

So in the (old) LoL lore, both and dress up for and perform the blood moon festival in the Ionia. In the performance, takes the role of Reina, the titular warrior of the story, and takes the role of the spirit who haunted her. But in the upcoming Blood Moon skins and pre-existing ones, it seems that all but 's skin are modeled after the spirit.

What is the general story behind the skins? Who are the demons? Are they just representation of what Ionia thinks of them throughout the legend? If so, why would be one of the legends? ( kinda makes sense because well, he's the Golden Demon)

P.S Upon inspecting the new skins, I have a suspicion as in the general motif behind "spirits" of blood moon are in fact different from each other
