Less excited about Kled after seeing some of his Dialog/Interactions

Okay, I lost my shit when I saw the design for Kled, and even more so after seeing his gameplay. He looked super amazing and fun and full of personality. Then I watched this, and he's actually a racist 'good ol boy'. Like literally. Actually nauseous now. I get that it's fiction, but where I live, I have to deal with people who actually say things like "Yew sure yer 'Merican? Yew look a little Mek-see-can ta me" or "Yew may be 'from 'Merica' but you Ain't 'Merican!" It's not funny to me. It's not a joke. I was going to drop dosh on this champ. I wanted that chocobo knight skin like you wouldn't believe. But I don't want to play a racist, even a 'haha no it's a joke funny right' racist.

Well I know racism, and I feel you. But it is stupid way to think. It is a fiction character who shows racism against fiction characters. It is like, ''oh look, Thresh is sadistic bastard who seeks pure agony for others just because it is fun to do. This game is supportive against torture and murder, I'm not going to play Thresh. ''

Trust me, torture and murder are far worse than racism.

Don't be so sensitive as general LoL community. We make small things really huge in this game, I can't understand. Like Graves' cigarette, who fucking cares please?

I wanna see gay fiction characters in story, I really do. But I never ever thought Riot was homophobic just because they didn't create or clarified a character as gay for 7 years. And I will not. Riot is one of the best companies when it comes to racism and homophobia.

Lastly, there is racism in everywhere, even in fiction universes. It makes it more realistic. There will be killers, drug addicts, smokers, rapists, racists, homophobics in story. Even though they don't show yet.

So, don't make it a huge problem please. (✿◡‿◡)

Is he someone oppressing another race? Is he actively working to take away the rights of another race? No, he is not. This is a character, designed around the idea of being a crazy old hillbilly. He is not racist, he is not oppressing anyone, he simply wants them TO GET THE HELL OF HIS LAND

What part of Kled makes him seems racist? I don't understand that part. He just looks like someone who hates everyone equally to me. Is it because of his accent? If so, wouldn't that be stereotyping?

Honestly, it isn't the fact that he's racist that's the problem. It's that he's racist, and an awesome character that bothers people. For example, if Corky were this racist, no one would really give a damn. He's not terrible, but he's not great either. This guy, being the next OPNERFPLX champ, I can see why anyone can be disturbed that he has xenophobic tendencies and attitudes.

Maybe he'll really suck, and then we can all calm down a little.
