Why change Urgot's lore?
I was reading up on the new Urgot changes, and one thing really kind of bugged me about them. It says that he was betrayed by Swain and enslaved in Zaun's mines. What happened to getting cut in half by Garen? Why change his lore? His backstory is great; It is in depth, fits with the setting of the game, and gives a tells a great story. His new backstory (based on the paragraph on the champion reveal page) is he was betrayed by swain, enslaved, then augmented his body with machinery so he can get revenge and destroy Zaun. His new backstory just sounds overly generic. I can understand having to change characters from time to time to breathe new life into the game, but why did you have to change a really good backstory when the design of the character isn't so radically different that it needs to be done? If you look at his new design, he still looks like he's on life support and the machines are mobility aides. He still looks like he very well could have been cut in half and piecemealed back together. I just feel like his backstory didn't need to be changed, and the new one is a change for the worse.
