What Notable Offsite Lore Forums Are Out There?

I've been trying to sort of feel around for how big the Lore community is lately. I can name maybe 10-15 common posters on this forum, but of course that's not the majority or a good sample size (For one, it's only English speakers).

Is anyone aware of any sort of hubs for Lore fans that aren't the official site? I'm talking fansites, Steam groups, whatever. I think it would help in getting a feeling for the size and opinions of the community at large.

Well, I'm not sure if this counts, but we recently launched a Factions forum where lore discussion is a primary topic. As for numbers, there are about 3000 signups for this Factions arc, though obviously not all of those people are hardcore lore fans. There are about 350 signups on the subreddit, /r/LeagueFactions, and so far the forum has about 100 registrations, though that number should be increasing in the near future. At any given time, there are about 200 people in the in-client Factions chat. Again, lore isn't the sole topic, but it seems that might count as part of the lore community writ large.

As soon as I have the time, I really, really want to get a Factions lore wiki going, with the aim of it also serving a role as a community lore hub.
