...what does she think of ekko? in motion or reverse?

I'm not so sure that Ekko is in motion currently. For a guy who clearly has issues with Piltover and dislikes what certain Zaunites have done to his city, he's not really doing anything about it. And he certainly has the potential to do something!
Ekko probably needs something to really set him in motion, and I think Illaoi's test would be one heck of a kickstart. I do think he'd pass the test though!
