For those champions originated from a different country or culture, consider using different makeup styles. E.g. for Akali (clearly Asian-originated), use Asian makeup style. I do not mean manga / anime, but actual human makeup. It is quite disappointing that despite the game's international fame and large player base outside of the US, Riot still makes everything American.

American aesthetics is NOT THE ONLY ONE OUT THERE.

Many of the older champions have better diversity - they change things up for skins. As for the latest champions and / or updates, I'm just getting tired of the same thick curly eyebrows all of them have.

LoL at the moment is one of the, if not the most played game in the east, i don't think anyone who's Asian actually cares, but i get your point . This new akali looks a LOT better than the old one in the "not everyone should look American" folder though

Trust me people do care, which is exactly why I posted. I don't just mean Akali - look at Irelia. Hard to tell her origin but all of her new skins do have similar eyebrow styles at least. And Irelia looks really American. I do appreciate the effort to change things up for a bit. The new Akali might not look the same as the other female champions but I disagree over it not looking American. It really just looks like an American interpretation of what is really out there, which is even more disappointing.

Its definately not the most played game in the east... especially in Japan which has the largest videogame industry you will rarely find people who have heard of it (i have witnessed that myself), it just has a significant audience from China and South Korea but even in those countries the anime gacha mobile applications heavily outnumber anything in League of Legends.

Not true at all, Dungeon Fighters Online has a hundred million users there and almost every anime mobile gacha has a much larger audience than League of Legends.
