Riot: please add a visual indicator for when you are taking isolation damage from Garen's spin

I feel like Garen's spin doing 33% bonus damage when its only hitting one thing is a mechanic that's poorly communicated to players, I'd bet most people don't even know it exists. I think there should be some kind of extra effect that shows you're taking the bonus damage. I remember before Garen's visual update when his spin could crit, if you were hit by a crit spin a golden sword would appear above your head (see image) perhaps that could be brought back to show the isolation damage.
