Just wondering what people thought about what was the best 975 rp (or lower) harrowing skin. I'm contemplating buying Ravenborn Leblanc, and Headless Hecarim, so do any of you know which of these skins is better? Feel free to recommend some down below.
I have no idea what champ it's for, but it's 100% Definitely Not Blitzcrank.
Ravenborn Leblanc is probably her best skin.
Arcade Hecarim is probably his.
If you like it, feel free to buy it. However, that's my personal opinion.
