Just wondering what people thought about what was the best 975 rp (or lower) harrowing skin. I'm contemplating buying Ravenborn Leblanc, and Headless Hecarim, so do any of you know which of these skins is better? Feel free to recommend some down below.
LordHippoman3 votesI have no idea what champ it's for, but it's 100% Definitely Not Blitzcrank.
Fishtaco1 votesHuh... I wonder what champ it's for...
EndlessSorcerer2 votesRavenborn Leblanc is probably her best skin.
Arcade Hecarim is probably his.
If you like it, feel free to buy it. However, that's my personal opinion.
Fishtaco1 votesThanks man, will take that into consideration. I did find that the particle effects on Headless Hecarim were nice, but nothing compared to Ravenborn Leblanc. Also the fact that Arcade may go on sale in a few months makes it really tempting to wait it out.

I don't like her abnormally large collars.
EndlessSorcerer2 votesIt's all a matter of preference really.
Fishtaco1 voteswhats wrong with a little bit of collar XD
The Soulforged2 votesunderworld tf is an amazing skin
Fishtaco1 votesIf only I played TF. Is he good for Mid and Jg?
ModAttysu The Poro1 votesI'm obsessed with Reaper Soraka. THE BANANAS ARE MOLDED! THE SP0OKIENESS.
