with the splash update, several skins i own have been changed to the point i wish i didn't own them and i had known they would be changed i would have purchased a different skin for the champs in question. are there plans to offer ether refunds or exchanges since the skins that were changed no longer look like the skins i purchased?
You can try sending them a ticket, only way I see that possible.
all of the changed splashes were the outdated ones so the chinese will be changed aswell in the future
Riot identified what they call a "pipeline" that causes trouble for themselves, and decided to fix it. This much is fine.
Part of straightening out this pipeline involves unifying art assets across all territories. This... could be fine. If done well.
Riot then decided to replace all of our good splash arts with shitty versions of nearly everything (there are like three good replacements and the rest are awful) with a vague promise that the worst of them will be updated "sooner". Since we're still waiting on Nidalee splashes from like two years ago this is not going to happen. This is not fine.
The short of it is, Riot decided to shit all over what we paid good money for in order to make things easier on themselves. Also solo queue isn't happening and they're too chickenshit to say it. Buy some RP!
