Champions Without High Quality Skins

1350 skins are pretty much the new normal and have been for the last two years, however there are still champions in the game that lack any 'high-quality' skins (1350+). Often these champions receive skins alongside 1350 skins in the same line but do not get the same treatment of the more popular champions. These Champions are: Technically doesn't either however, he has a Mythic skin which can be crafted and has the features of a 1350+ skin. Also both have very rare skins (King Rammus and Young Ryze) although neither have new effects. Some of these champions also have old skins which could be considered 1350 by today's standard such as Pentakill which has unique VO lines, or Pirate which has unique animations.

The reason why I bring this up is that the RIOT skins team have made a fantastic effort this year to give new skins to those who have not had one in a long time, but I'd also appreciate it if they could make sure that every champion gets at least one high-quality skin.

It is not like many of these champions do not have fantastic ideas for them. For instance Infernal has had constant petitions for over a year, similarly with a Dragon universe (although I am more of a Vampire Quinn fan where Valor is a bat which she shapeshifts into for the ult as a nod to pre-rework Quinn). I understand some of these champions have upcoming VGU's such as , but please RIOT skins team give these champions some love. [sg-soraka] A long time fan.
