Can you at least release some legacy skins for this lackluster Harrowing Riot?

Since obviously the Harrowing is not happening or whatnot it would be nice to call it a day and release at least the legacy skins like they did last year. I have been waiting for a year for some of one of those skins to be released. I started playing Twisted Fate last year during the Harrowing but didn't realized he'd turn into my most played main. The only skin for him I like is Underworld Twisted Fate and now it seems like not even legacy skins are being released? If they don't even release those skins this is going to be the worse Harrowing event ever - no game mode no legacy skins (come on! It's not like you're even making new content, just opening up previous content you had last year). Honestly, every year the Harrowing event is so much fun and this year it completely got forgotten/overlooked?? I'm not even sure how that can happen in the first place.

I know esports is really busy and whatnot but a lot of the time Riot's go-to excuse is 'We have multiple teams working on different things all at once!!' and yet a yearly holiday event (releasing some skins, a game mode and opening the legacy skins) got run over by the attention of the esports scene. This is a huge disappointment and I'm very surprised that this even happened.

You don't make a yearly event and then just not have it, and on top of that you don't even communicate it to anyone. This is really sad.
