Ryze Kamishiro. (Tokyo Ghoul Manga) Enough said. Seductive with Kagune that would fit perfect with eve character design. I know you obviously cant do that because copyright or whatever, but I just cant help but think of Ryze when i look at eve now and I think thats what makes me like her even if i dont play her often. But maybe you could do a sort of tribute version just like you guys do with the Super Galaxy skins to Gurren Laggan (and the Neon Genesis Tibbers) which are bad ass

Honestly, I’ve seen so many Rioters saying stuff like, “Oh I really want Eve’s new skin to be project...” and, “If Eve got a project skin I think it would be so cool”, and it just leaves me thinking... are we getting a project Eve? It’s shocking seeing like, 4 seperate Rioters talking about it... hmm... speculation face on...
