Except Goth Annie had already a perfectly new and awesome splash art and they just had to change it for some reason.

Honestly, I like most of the splash arts. Only one that actually worried me is Emumu and one that confused me is Recon Teemo.
How is this anyhow related?
So Tencent wants different art. Are you, at Riot, responsible for creating and replacing those splash arts? No.
Then why the fuck do you care?
