What's the deal with Riot skimming lore for the newer champions? I believe 
was the last released champion to have actual full lore written for him. Now it seems to be a basic paragraph, with 2-3 sentences giving a brief description of the champion. I, for one, miss reading about a new champion when they come out. I feel like 
would have had some amazing lore if Riot continued to write it.
Lore format changed. Starting with the shurima event,they started to put short lores into the client,they originally planned to add the full lores on the official site,but there have been tech problems with that,that were only recently solved,so the bigger lore pieces were released somewhere on the official site or even the boards,or they simply got a different format for a lore piece.
looking at the champs post braum:
got his lore rather regularly,he also has a teaser site,basically telling us about what happened in his past
got the lore pieces from the shurima event,but also got his full lore released on the forums(since they fixed the tech issues,they already added the full lore to his character site)
got her video and her full lore was released on the boards(you can find it on the wiki),her champion site will probably be updated in the upcoming halloween event
got a teaser video and a small page describing the journey of a noxian trying to capture rek'sai
got his teaser site and the mountain-video
got a video and a comic
got his video that tells his lore(I think there is also a site that does it)
got their full lore on the page(since they were released after the issues had been fixed),as well as an additional lore piece on the official site (and the small teaser video,but I wouldn't count that)
The lore format did change again,which is why some champs still don't have their full lores on the official site already,because riot has to rework the lores that they've prepared to fit the new format.
The new format is the one that 
have,it pretty much goes like:
-a quote of the champ
-a description of the champ
-a small story of the champ
Champ lore are now on the website page with only a paragraph on the game page.
