Very well done. Fairly consistent with the original but has a nice organic shape to it that the original was lacking.

you forgot to draw amumu at the top making those rivers possible.
So, uh... Yeah. Looks like this guy took my map idea and expanded it.
Here is what I've made based off of my original doodle.
That took me 10 hours today. So much for a day off. It's still not even finished yet. 
I think it'd be sweet if they made a new map where you could travel through each part of runeterra, like a 20 man map maybe. Of course it'd take a lot of coding and stuff but hey, i'd wait for it!

This map looks awesome but Shadow Isles should be faraway from Bilgewater, anyway good job m7 + 2 - 1
Why is every single nation on one land mass?
Ionia is too far north. It's pretty evident in the various champs that come from the land (Karma, Yi, Yasuo, Lee) that Ionia is geographically closer towards the equator due to the darker pigmentation of their skin. Freljord is far too small, it's considered the largest geographical location of runterra and you have it as possibly the fourth largest. Why did you move Demacia, Noxus, Piltover and Zuan around? Idk as a map drawer myself this is pretty well done, but there's a lot of geography here (the countless, endless mountain chains are giving me the twitch) as well as this massive river that apparently gets filled by just about every branch and estuary on the continent? But yeah beyond that it's pretty well done, good job.
Shadow isles is too close, everything else sure why not.
I like it.So much so that until Riot release a new map,I'm going to use this one.
