Pulse Fire Ezreal?

I know this question is probably answered a lot but I wasn't able to fine a up to date answer. Is riot gonna update PulseFire Ezreal or leave him as he is because with the new skins coming you start to notice how outdated the skin is. I recently saw the models and such for the skin and I am surprised on how old the skin looks compared to other skins and such. Just wanted to know if the skin was gonna get a visual update and if so when?

They have talked about this, and they are not updating it.

From what I've heard, they won't turn the skin into something like Elementalist Lux. But hopefully, they can come up of something that can make it on par with the current skins that are out right now.
