Is there any information you can give us about zeds 1st favorite pupil who left the order before kayn became zeds #2?

I wouldn't count on this still being canon. Overall I'd say it was most likely planned for Akali to be Zeds former student(after all she is the "fist of shadow"), but that wouldn't make any sense given Akalis new lore.
