Why no pool party jinx
Pool party Jinx seemed like a possibility with the login screen from the pool party days, but why do we not have a pool party jinx. Is the skin still in concept

Lots of champs were featured in various Pool Party splashes. 
and many others were featured. That doesn't mean they're going to get one.
They were simply there to add life to the splashes. Not as confirmation for future skins. The same goes for Jinx.
How do you give Jinx less clothing
