Battlecast Kog'Maw

When was the last time anyone has ever seen the Battlecast skin go on sale? I mean, it's probably his best skin, and people deserve to get this skin on sale and feel the hyper carry power of his animations and 4+ attack speed . I think the skin should go on sale in February or something, because legit, every skin has gone on sale except for the Battlecast skin
