Updating Annie in Wonderland

Sorry if this is not where to post this (I'm new to the forums), but I really feel passionate on this topic.Ever since I started playing League, Annie was one of my favorite champs in the game. I was always impressed with all of the Annie skins for the new models on Tibbers and the new fire particles. But every time I see Annie in Wonderland (which has one of my favorite models for any skin) I am confused as to why she is 1820 RP and Prom Queen Annie (who has basically the same quality update) is 520 RP. I know it wouldn't be fair to reduce the price of Annie in Wonderland, but wouldn't it be possible to do small particle tweaks to her. I've seen people suggest anything from just a small change in recall to changing the color palette of her fire to a more yellow set. I know that Riot may not have the resources to devote to something like updating an outdated but still amazing skin, but I really hope to see some update to her and some of the other 1820 legacy skins in the future.
