Champions That Need Physical Reworks
It kind of hit me recently that there's a lot of champions in the game whose in-game sprites look very outdated and dull compared to models and animations from champions like 
Zoe, 
Rakan & 
Xayah, or 
Evelynn. And I can sort of understand it, Riot obviously wants to promote and upgrade champs that people somewhat played as, with full reworks like 
Taric and Eve.
I just find it funny how goofy 
Ezreal, 
Nunu, and 
Pantheon look in the game when they stand next to the other, well rendered models.

Ez be lookin like a homeless man. a grouchy peanut face. Maybe flashing out his color palette, and reanimating his face entirely, would make him more... Attractive. Afterall he is the League's most 'handsome' and beloved boy.

Pantheon has exaggerated limbs. Why are his feet the size of his thigh. His model is so clunky and stiff that the poor guy can't even have a dance animation. :(

A champion that even according to official statistics is the most unpopular, background, picked-by-nobody, champion. And it's pretty sad. He was the first tank in the game, and I think he should get more privilage for that. Instead, he probably has the ugliest in-game model in the entire game. I can see that Riot keeps trying to suggest playing him with each patch and update, whenever I look at the patch notes I see his sad little buffs and then nerfs. Of course, someone is going to say ''Well I main Nunu! He's the only champ I play as! Mastery level 100!''. and that's good for you. He's a fine champion. His ult is kinda meh. The story of a little boy that tamed the Yeti is pretty sweet. He, and all of his skins beside Zombie, just look sad.

all of his art looks good and then you get in game and its some ayy lmao with sticks for limbs and hands bigger than his head

imo need more voicelines and some new animations, Kassadin's joke doesn't have any animation for example and Katarina's aa and idle animations are so rigid compared with newer stuff

are considerably worse off than those you've listed. The ones you've listed will at least have a chance to be overhauled. These 6 above have received visual work and most have received heavy kit work, but they are STILL shackled with their shitty 2009 animations and VOs (except for Maokai), so they won't ever be addressed again. Their animations and vocals are by no means up to any of the 2013 onward standards, and I consider it completely half-assed of Riot to update the actual model itself but shit out completely when it comes to the actual things that make a champion move and function. are in a particularly odd place too, because their kits have overgone several remakes, but they still use the same shitty models. Cassiopeia is mostly acceptable, but she's definitely showing her age through the poor quality of her animations. Sona, Janna, and Zilean are just god awful ugly, and they desperately need some visual work to go with their modernized kits.
