Does the Void take nipples off of its subjects?

I actually sent this to riot a year ago and I made a point to point out the fact that Kassadin and Malzahar don't have nipples/they're not visible in their splash arts (which leaves it up for debate). What do you think? Does the void take the nipples away from it's subjects? I mean, it's not that Riot doesn't DRAW the nipples, because Pantheon, Graves, and Gragas all have nipples when their chest is showing. So what the hecky decky?

Edit 1:: I added photographic proof that Kassadin has no nipples, but Lee sin and Gragas all do.

Edit 2:: I'm very interested in seeing why Riot decided to go along the path of not giving Kassadin any nipples. Are they going to give him nipples? Did they simply forget (even though he's the only shirtless male champion without nipples)? Is there going to be a story arc explaining WHY there's no nipples? Because otherwise I wouldn't understand why he would be the only male champion (with a skin or without a skin on) with no nipples (even if his bare chest is exposed). I just really want a Rioter's response. Perhaps the Rioter who designed Kassadin, or those worked on his skin?

Edit 4:: Okay, as someone (Pinker 10) pointed out; I used the word 'Subjects', and since Kassadin isn't a 'subject', he's more of a 'victim', I'd like you guys to imagine the title of the forum isn't 'Does the Void take nipples off of it's victims?'
