Camille Ult is Fiora's In Progess Ult before rework?

I'm pretty sure during fiora's rework to what she is atm riot considered giving fiora a ult where she teleports herself and someone else to a location on a map to fit her role as a duelist but was thought as too over powered because she can keep ulting the support and get fed so is Camille's ult like fiora's considered one? I'm not sure who designed the new fiora or who designed Camille but it might be the same person.

I never heard that on Fiora, but the biggest difference would be that while Camille's target can't escape, any of their allies can easily enter. So it's not really a duel, allies can help out no problem. It's pretty OP for catch potential though (i.e. if you're running from a team with Jarvan and he ults you all you have to do is flash out and you're fine [and you probably would have had to flash anyways since it's a Jarvan chasing you...], but if Camille ults you you're stuck there with her team for 4 seconds.

Basically, Camille will likely be at her strongest around levels 6-10. Still laning phase where her opponent is likely to be alone, and she can guarantee lock-down any opponent for 4 seconds whenever she gets a gank. I main J4 and when I get an opponent that doesn't have a dash in their kit I get a kill pretty much every time my jungler is willing to come to my lane to gank. Now anyone with a dash (or flash off cd) is screwed too. Not to mention it looks like Camille's one-ability dash can be much larger range than J4's two-ability one (i.e. pull to wall then leap off at >120 degrees for a pretty significantly large ranged dash). Lots of places on the map have walls that could work well for that.
